If you are travelling to or from Stansted Airport with young children then you will know how important it is to provide us with as much information about your needs as possible to ensure that you and your family are safe and secure at all times whilst travelling.
We can offer child booster seats for those with small children - we are sorry but we do not offer infant baby seats.
When booking your transfer with us please indicate your need for a child seat in your booking and also please can you be aware of the following:

A "child" no matter the age is considered one passenger;

Please provide the age of your child in the "notes" section of the booking form;

It is recommended that if you are booking with a stroller that you opt for an estate car - some of our saloon cars are only meant for small luggage requirements and so therefore cannot guarantee that all of your luggage requirements will be met with this car type;

It is not our policy to allow infants/young children to be held on passenger laps. Whilst we do not offer infant/baby child seats, our drivers can help you to install your own and we can store this for you ready for your return transfer (if required). The safe fitting of any car seat by the passenger will remain the responsibility of the passenger however.

Manufacturers recommend that booster seats/cushions are for children between 15kg and 36kg (33 – 79 lbs) (3 years and above) and ours will require the use of an adult seat belt to ensure that the child is suitably secured.
