Driver was ace, couldn’t wish for any better. Met me at the terminal with a smile. My only gripe is the booking thing, be upfront on the charges for all your services - don’t tell me after I click through that I can have something more for an additional cost - just list it at the front end. Also, why does it cost more to pay all upfront? Again - declare on the front page, not half way through the booking process. But again, I must stress - 1st class driver, like a chauffeur; really professional will certainly use again. Thanks

Very good. 2.5 hour journey went very quickly. Chatted with driver the entire way. Route was well chosen, avoided any Friday afternoon traffic.
