It was very easy to order a taxi on the internet. The price has been very clear. The driver was very nice on time and very friendly. On the trip to Berkhamsted, he answered all the questions I had. Everything great, keep up the good work. Only thing I would change is bringing again the option of paying the whole amount in cash to the driver, it faciliated things.

Although our flight was diverted and as such significantly delayed, there was still a driver and vehicle made available when we arrived and communication was continuous throughout. The driver was also happy to help install our car seat. Thank you.
